Virtual Workshop — 2025
A four-session group experience for professionals who are ready to stop managing their exhaustion and start understanding it.
Who this is for
This workshop is for professionals who can still function — who are, in fact, functioning quite well — but who feel the distance growing between themselves and the life they're living.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from this work. You just need to be honest enough to admit that something isn't right.
This is not a productivity programme. It's not a burnout recovery retreat. It's a structured opportunity to go inward — with support, with others who understand, and with tools that actually reach beneath the surface.

The arc
Each session builds on the last — moving from recognition, through reflection, toward a renewed sense of agency.
Session One
What is actually true for you right now? Not the version you present at work. Not the one you tell yourself when you're tired. The unedited one. We begin here — with honesty, without judgment.
Session Two
Most people who feel drained are giving more than they're receiving — and often, more than they agreed to. We look at where your energy is going, what's consuming it, and what it would take to create genuine breathing room.
Session Three
Buried under the fatigue and the obligation is something you actually want. This session is about uncovering it — not as a fantasy, but as a signal worth listening to. What does your longing know that your logic has been overriding?
Session Four
The final session brings it together into something actionable — not a five-year plan, but a clearer sense of agency. What is within your power? What might you do differently, starting now?
How it works
Each session runs for 90 minutes and combines facilitated reflection, co-active awareness practices, small group dialogue, and structured individual work. You'll think, feel, and share — but only what you choose to.
The group container is kept deliberately small — a maximum of eight participants — so that real conversation is possible. You'll be with peers: other professionals navigating similar terrain, at a similar stage of life.
Sessions are held online. Between sessions, you'll have short reflection prompts to continue the work in your own time.

Your facilitator
I've designed this workshop because I've lived the problem it addresses. I spent fifteen years in corporate leadership before recognising, slowly and then all at once, that the environment was asking me to become someone I didn't want to be. I left — without a package, without a plan, on a conviction I couldn't quite articulate at the time.
What I built after that — a coaching practice grounded in social anthropology, body-based approaches, and Jungian frameworks — came directly from working through the questions this workshop asks.
I hold an ICF ACC credential and have spent years working with professionals navigating exactly this kind of crossroads. I know the terrain. I also know it requires more than a good framework — it requires the right environment, the right company, and someone who genuinely understands what you're up against.
That's what I'm trying to create here.
